Terms of Service

These terms cover the Team Falcons employee portal and the optional YouTube creator connection. Using the portal or clicking Allow on a Team Falcons Google screen means you accept them.

1. The service

The portal at falcons-eportal.vercel.app is an internal workplace tool for Team Falcons staff. YouTube connection is a separate, invite-only flow so Social Media can view read-only channel analytics. It is not YouTube Studio and not a public creator platform.

2. Accounts

• Employees sign in only with an authorized @falcons.sa Google account.
• Channel owners use the Google account that owns the YouTube channel. A private invite link is required. Links expire after seven days.
• Do not share passwords, invite links, or OAuth codes.

3. YouTube permissions

Connecting a channel grants Team Falcons read-only access to that channel's public identity and analytics. We may sync metrics into the portal for authorized staff. We will not upload, edit, or delete videos, post comments, or change channel settings through this connection.

You can revoke access in Google Account settings at any time. Team Falcons may also remove a channel from the dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

• Connect only a channel you own or are authorized to connect.
• Do not attempt to access another creator's data.
• Do not use the portal to break the law, harass others, or bypass Team Falcons security.

5. Availability

The portal is provided for Team Falcons operations. Features, including YouTube sync, may change, pause, or fail if Google or hosting services are unavailable.

6. Liability

The portal is an internal tool. To the extent allowed by Saudi law, Team Falcons is not liable for indirect loss arising from analytics delays, YouTube API changes, or a creator revoking access.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms: employees should use the portal Super Admin or IT team. Channel owners should contact the Social Media staff member who sent the connection link.
